Built in 2011 is the LEED Gold awarded residence located in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Mount Airy.
This sustainable and age-in-place design combines traditional building methods with new and energy efficient systems to create a modern home filled with natural light and scenic views for everyone in the family to enjoy.
What was once built in the early1900s for the family business of F.A. Arend Butter & Eggs and Hill Top Creamery is now the 2019 renovated restaurant, The Pickled Pig, in East Walnut Hills.
The contemporary details combined with the building history brings it full circle and back into the hands of a family business that caters to its neighborhood.
Located in the historic Cincinnati neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine is the 2022 renovated Rhineview apartments, spanning over three historic buildings and totaling 16 unique units and one Restaurant.
The project received funding from the Cincinnati Development Fund and was awarded both State and Federal Historic Tax Credits for all three buildings, as well as being awarded LEED Gold for the sustainable reuse of original materials and incorperating energy efficient measures.
