Rhine view Apartments

The goal of this project was to reimagine three historic properties for modern living.

Two five-unit apartment buildings at 101 and 105 Peete Street and a six unit apartment building at 100 East Clifton were fully restored with funding from the Cincinnati Development Fund and botth State and Federal Historic Tax Credits.

This storefront and frontispiece at this corner is being restored following historic preservation standards and will the location of the Dancing Skillet.

The project was awarded LEED Gold and is sustainability designed by reusing a substantial amount of the original materials, and incorporating energy efficient measures not typically seen in restoration projects.
